Al Diraz Charitable Society holds its general assembly.. via Zoom

Al Diraz Charitable Society held the annual ordinary general assembly meeting for the fifth session 2019-2021 AD via the “Zoom” program, in compliance with the statute and in application of medical precautions to prevent the Corona pandemic, and the meeting was held after the completion of the quorum on the evening of Wednesday, September 2, 2020.

The meeting began with a fragrant recitation of verses from the Holy Quran in the voice of the reciter Muhammad Khalil Al-Asfour and a speech by the President of the Society, Muhammad Ali Al-Dirazi, and a presentation and discussion of the literary report by Secretary Hamid Al-Matrouk, followed by a presentation and discussion of the financial report and the budget by the Financial Secretary Ahmed Al-Najjar.

The meeting witnessed interventions and participation from members in the discussions, and the literary and financial reports and the budget were approved, and the Board of Directors was authorized to choose a financial auditor.

The meeting was held 15 days after the first meeting in which the quorum was not achieved, according to the decisions of the association's statute.
